Ceiling Fan downrods offer added flexibility in placing fans in the exact setting desired. Decorative 1/2" diameter downrods are threaded on one end with pre-drilled holes on both ends. The threaded end of the downrod should be installed on the ball, inside the ceiling canopy.
For optimum performance, we recommend that your ceiling fan is installed with the blades suspended between 8' and 9' above the floor.
